Winter Storm Finn
Winter Storm Finn generated coastal ocean waves that approached historic readings at several CDIP stations along the East Coast this week, with reports of intense coastal erosion and damaging wave inundation in locations like Long Island, NY and Narraganset, RI, caused by the storm surge compounded by high astronomical tides. The attached bulletin summarizes the complete data set available at cdip.ucsd.edu/.
